These terms explain the rules for using PaperGuru, accessing preparation material, creating an account, taking online tests and purchasing digital resources.

PaperGuru is an independent educational preparation platform. PaperGuru is not a government department, recruitment commission or official examination authority unless expressly stated for a specific service. Sample papers, practice tests and AI-assisted content are preparation resources and are not a guarantee of examination questions, marks, selection or employment.
By accessing or using PaperGuru, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the paid services.
Some PaperGuru features require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your password confidential and notifying us if you suspect unauthorised access. Passwords are case-sensitive. Do not share your PaperGuru account with other people.
Eligible free PDFs may be downloaded without an account. Free material is provided for personal exam preparation. Users must not resell, redistribute, mirror, scrape or commercially republish PaperGuru PDFs without written permission.
Paid products are digital preparation resources. A successful purchase gives the purchasing account the access described on the relevant product page, including My Library access where offered. Access may be protected by account authentication and purchase verification.
Prices, included PDFs, question counts and duration are displayed on the relevant product page. PaperGuru may correct genuine listing or technical errors and will communicate with affected customers where necessary.
Online tests may use timed sessions, MCQs, negative marking and exam-style scoring. The applicable rules shown before or during the test govern that attempt. Results are intended for practice and self-assessment. PaperGuru does not represent practice scores as official examination results.
PaperGuru aims to create useful, accurate and exam-relevant preparation content. However, official syllabi, patterns, dates and recruitment rules can change. Users should verify important official information with the relevant examination authority. AI-assisted material may contain errors and should be reviewed as preparation material rather than treated as an official source.
Unless otherwise stated, PaperGuru branding, website design, original sample questions, explanations, software, graphics and other original content belong to PaperGuru or its licensors. You may use purchased material for your personal preparation, but you may not reproduce, sell, publish, upload to another platform, train a competing dataset on, or commercially distribute it without permission.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Razorpay. You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information. Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider according to its applicable terms and security practices.
PaperGuru has a customer-friendly refund commitment. Please read the Refund Policy for the procedure and conditions for requesting a full refund.
PaperGuru may suspend or restrict access where necessary to protect users, prevent fraud or abuse, investigate security incidents or comply with applicable law. Where practical, we will provide an explanation and a route to contact support.
PaperGuru may rely on services such as Supabase, Vercel, Razorpay, email providers, analytics providers and other infrastructure partners. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
PaperGuru may add, remove or modify features, content, exam categories and pricing as the platform evolves. Material changes to these terms will be published on this page with an updated date.
PaperGuru intends to operate in accordance with applicable Indian laws, rules and regulations, including applicable consumer-protection and e-commerce requirements. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or reduce any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
