How selection works
The selection process may comprise Application Scrutiny, an Online Test, Psychometric Test, Group Discussion (GD) and/or Personal Interview (PI), or any other test deemed suitable by the Bank. Sections 1, 2 and 3 are qualifying in nature; marks in these sections are not reckoned for the merit list. There is a penalty of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer; no penalty for unattempted questions. The minimum qualifying marks/percentage for Personal Interview (PI) is 60% for General & EWS category and 55% for other Reserved categories; the Bank reserves the right to change this at its discretion. Candidates not clearing the PI will not be considered for final selection. A Psychometric Test and/or PI assesses personality, communication, problem-solving, efficiency, and willingness to work anywhere in the country. The Bank's shortlisting criteria are internal and confidential and are not shared with candidates.
